I can’t believe it has been an entire month since my last post. Time does get away from me.. Since my last post, I started to gain weight, so I went in for a fill. The weight I had gained (7 lbs), is finally gone now and I am down to 269 (My starting weight was 301).
Before the fill, I was eating larger and larger portions without even thinking about it. Now, I definitely find it hard to even finish a sandwich.

Breads have been the hardest for me to eat. They seem to get stuck the easiest. Everything else seems to be OK. I just need to make sure I am eating things that are good for me.

Wow, how time is flying. I have been keeping busy, but still not exercising. I am down another pound or so this week, which is good, but I need to get in gear and start working out again.
I keep saying I will put up pics, but haven’t had a chance. I do have pics for the past few weeks, I just need to start working on them. Hopefully in the next few days I will get to it.

Well, I did my official weigh in this morning and it showed 271.5lbs. No weight loss but I am not too disappointed. I have noticed that I am losing inches even though I am not losing a ton of weight.
Next week will be the first week we are pretty much free to do whatever exercising we want. I am not rushing out to do exercise, but I have quite a few projects around the house that need to get done. These will definitely be a workout.

I was too busy to do an official weigh in this morning. I did weigh in tonight and it said 273.5, which would be a 2lb gain. I am not making that my official weight because it wasn’t done in the morning. I will weigh in tomorrow morning for my official weigh in.
Tonight, I have been busy doing clean up around the house. It feels crazy to me. I haven’t had energy to do anything around the house in years. Just losing the 30 or so lbs so far has made a huge difference in my energy level.

And, no I haven’t forgotten about doing images. I have the last few weeks images sitting in a folder waiting to be modified and uploaded. I promise to get to it soon.

Sorry for the lack of info, but think of it as a good thing. I am doing fine and a happy side effect of losing weight is getting some energy back.

This week went much better than last. I lost weight again. I am down a total of 30lbs in 6 weeks.

I found that I was starting to get back into some old eating habits that slowed me down last week. I recognized what I was doing and made a conscious effort to change it and it definitely paid off. Now if I could only get motivated to start exercising.  I have been more active, I am not just sitting on the couch every waking hour I am not at work, but I am not doing enough.
I have a lot of plans for this summer though. I have tons of yard work to do. I also want to start remodeling the house. Both of those activities will help with the weight loss.

I have pics that I still need to put up from today and a couple of weeks ago. I am definitely seeing changes.
